Winemaking

Residual is a fairly skinny 3g/l and of course ’21 was a relatively high acid year but the balance is simply perfect… this was made from very good fruit.

Tasting Note

Not easy to make inexpensive Riesling of quality but this has plenty of ripeness and just about perfect balance between a nice friendly feel and a proper bit of seriousness.
