Delivery Charges

UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands):

Orders over £150 – Free delivery

Orders between £40 and £149.99 – £15 delivery charge

Orders under £40 – £20 delivery charge

Delivery to mainland Europe is not available at this time. If you require delivery into Europe, please contact the Wine 2 Taste team directly.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).

If there is a delay or issue with your order, we will contact you to keep you updated.

For urgent orders, please call us on 01992 505560.

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. During busy seasonal periods, deliveries may be made later in the day.

Delivery Options

Goods can be left without a signature, but you must specify this when placing your order. Please note this is at your own risk.

You may choose an alternative delivery address (such as your workplace or a friend’s address). Enter this at checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Delays and Responsibility

We aim to meet all despatch and delivery times. However, circumstances such as traffic or adverse weather may cause delays. In such cases we cannot accept liability if delivery is not completed on the expected day. We will notify you where possible if we are made aware of a delay.

Gifts

If sending a gift, please provide full and accurate delivery details. Tracking information will be sent to the email address and phone number you supply, so please ensure the recipient is able to receive the delivery.

Packaging

We use durable and secure packaging to protect your wine in transit. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, occasionally damage may occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on 01992 505560 so we can resolve the issue.
