Winemaking

Hand harvested then fermented with selected and native yeasts in 8 and 17 ton closed-top stainless-steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels for 9 months. Bottled in February. Unfined.

Tasting Note

Intense ruby red in colour the bountiful nose of red fruit and pleasant vanilla highlights blend with the balanced, mellow and persistent palate.
