Direct press after a cold soak on the skins for 12 – 18 hours to extract the delicate colour.

Tasting Note

This is a round, textured rose, a gorgeous, vibrant, dark, pink colour. Loads of fruit on the nose and palate - strawberry, cherries, watermelon, peach, and nectarine. Nice dry, refreshing finish. This wine is not only pretty, but tastes delightful. You may have trouble sharing it! Wine Advocate 92 Points A fine example of the appellation, Gonnet's 2022 Tavel La Nymphe features scents of crushed stone, cherries and raspberries, capped off by a refreshing hint of citrus. It's medium to full-bodied, lush and creamy in texture yet bright and mouth watering on the lingering finish. It should still be going strong this year. 92 Points, JC, 2024.

Incredibly versatile. Pasta, aperitif, freshly cut melon, goats cheese. This wine loves a barbecue. Meat and salads !
