Winemaking

50 year old vines from the village of Monnieres, grown on Gneiss soils. Vinified in underground concrete tanks, matured on lees for 36 months.

Tasting Note

The most tropical and exotic of the range, rich pineapple and mango notes or complemented with a saline finish.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms or hard mountain cheeses.
