Winemaking

Manual harvest, pressing of the whole grapes, ageing for 12 months in oak barrels with stirring the lees and topping up of the barrels to prevent oxiadtion. About 5-10% of the oak is new.

Tasting Note

A nice blend of citrus fruit and minerality with a very light touch of toasty oak.
