Domaine Bargemone Libre Blanc 2023

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand and at night from parcels located near the Touloubre river which runs through the domaine. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.

Tasting Note

Bright and aromatic on the nose with citrus, pear, plum and a hint of fennel. The wine is medium bodied on the palate with peach, pear, almond, a touch of pleasing salinity and a long finish.

Food Match

Seafood, a summer salad of roast chicken and pomegranate seeds or grilled sea bass with a herb butter.
