Winemaking

Made from a selection of Sauvignon Blanc wines that are chosen for the intensity of aromas and freshness. This blend is then gently de-alcoholised through a vacuum distillation process with temperatures never going above 35 degrees to ensure the freshness and aromas of the wine are preserved.

Tasting Note

Citrus, grassy and green tea notes with the herbaceous elements balanced by a touch of sweet fruit character.
