Winemaking

Grapes are hand-picked and then sorted again in the winery. Each parcel is vinified separately. Shortly before bottling the cuvée is assembled. Vinified in barriques in their double stored cellar dug out of the rock and dating from 1792.

Tasting Note

The Daily August Pinot Noir has a subtle scent of cherry and blueberry, paired with the delicious aromas of cassis and red pepper. This wine will become part of your daily routine!
