Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. 20% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Note

Deep ruby-red in colour with vibrant aromas of crushed redcurrant and blackberries. Medium-bodied on the palate with silky tannin, ripe juicy berry fruits and a long, broad finish.

Food Match

A classic Malbec that marries with a broad range of dishes, stewed meat, cheese and roast veggies.
