Winemaking

Adobe is a line of organic reserve wine that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. The grapes are hand-picked and vinification is in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with selected yeasts, pumpovers, and delicate lees stirring to reach the desired final result. Prior to bottling the wine is fined with adjusted doses of bentonite and cold stabilized to prevent tartaric precipitations in the bottle.

Tasting Note

A clear, bright pale yellow in colour, with refreshing citrus and tropic fruit aromas with a creamy finish. This is a hugely moreish classically varietal organic Chardonnay with great purity.

Food Match

Ideal for serving with fish and shellfish, cooked with creamy sauces or butter. Also it is perfect accompanying pasta with seafood sauces and as aperitif, served with different cheese and dried fruits.
